Education:
All five persons on staff have College/University degrees and they continue their education at local, state & national seminars.
Contractors:
All a re skilled craftsmen, many of which have worked with Lausman Homes for 10-20 years, which means that Lausman Homes builds a consistent high quality home.
Pricing:
Lausman Homes gives you full and honest bid proposals, typically 3 pages, so there are no surprises and minimal to zero cost overruns.  Our goal is to include every item you want in your home.  (Not just what appears to be a cheap bid.)
Warranty:
Lausman Homes gives a one year warranty on your home, with many of the products in your home being under warranty for many years after move-in.  The majority of our homes require NO service at the end of the year.
Communication:
Either by phone, fax, or e-mail, Lausman Homes is easy to contact.  Our private conference room is a comfortable place to design your new home. Later, you will make your interior and exterior detailed selections with Brenda Lausman our expert Interior Designer.  Our professional staff; John Lausman, Builder/Designer, Mike Bowers, Project Manager, and Creg June, Field Manager meet with clients at their home site throughout the building process.
